Rustik Retreat
A sanctuary for the soul
Who, What, & Where
Beyond the Countryside: Experience a Deep Biblical Spiritual Reset
For friends, church groups, couples, and anyone who is tired, stretched thin, and ready to rest and reset. Rest is not a reward—it is the soil from which your strength grows.
Whether you're seeking spiritual renewal, emotional wellness, or simply time to rest and reconnect, your experience combines the restorative power of nature with intentional biblical anchoring.
Choose from our retreat topics or suggest a topic that is meaningful to your group. We'll provide the peaceful setting, guided experiences, and restorative activities while you focus on what matters most - growing together.
Rustik Retreat is hosted at Glorious Hills Ranch - a private estate tucked within the quiet, rolling hills of Trenton, TX on HWY 121, just north of Dallas. The wide-open skies and the gentle whisper of the wind through the hills aren't just scenery; they are an invitation to breathe deeper. You’ll find that nature has a way of silencing the world's noise, allowing the "still, small voice" to finally be heard.

Step into the red light and experience a profound, multi-layered recovery. Our recovery session utilizes an advanced Red and Near-Infrared (NIR) light blanket to bathe your body in restorative wavelengths while a heated vibration massage works to unburden your spirit.
- Surface Radiance (660nm Red Light): This gentle glow supports surface-level circulation and collagen regeneration. It’s a visible "amen" to many guests natural beauty, designed to improve skin firmness and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
- Deep-Tissue Ease (850nm NIR Light): Reaching beyond the surface, this light penetrates into deeper muscle tissue to accelerate recovery and soothe the nervous system. Combined with rhythmic, heated vibration, it melts away the "anxious toil" stored in your frame.
- Cellular Energy Boost: By stimulating your cells at their core, this session goes beyond traditional relaxation—it replenishes your internal reservoir, leaving you with a sense of sustainable vigor and a well-watered soul.

Experience a 360-degree sauna reset designed to help you shed the "clutter" of a demanding week. This premium experience utilizes our specialized sauna cocoon to envelop you in a "living heat" that purifies both body and spirit, providing a total system override and clarity.
- Gravity-Free Circulation: By laying down, you release the constant demands of gravity on your frame. This optimal positioning allows your blood to flow freely, maximizing the detoxifying benefits of our far and near-infrared light therapy.
- The Comfort of Presence: Unlike traditional cabin saunas, our dome allows your head to remain out in the cool air while your body is bathed in restorative warmth. This creates a peaceful environment and uninterrupted quiet, letting you breathe deeply while you renew.
- Total Tension Release: Experience the synergy of infrared heat and full-body vibration massage. This "rhythmic unburdening" allows your muscles to fully let go of stored stress, moving you from a state of "anxious toil" into a purposeful, steady flow.
What to Bring?
To fully lean into the "Rustik" experience, we recommend coming prepared for comfort and transition.
Your Personal Soundscape
- Headphones: Bring your favorite pair of headphones (Bluetooth or wired) to enjoy our guided prayers, meditations, and relaxation tracks. We have a limited number of backup sets available if you happen to forget yours!
- Cell Phones: To protect the collective "shared silence" of our sanctuary and your own internal steady-state, we invite you to embrace a digital fast during your stay. We ask that all phones and devices be placed on silent or "Do Not Disturb" upon arrival. For your peace of mind, we provide secure individual lockers where your devices can rest while you do.
Attire for the Soul
- Comfort is Key: We recommend soft, loose-fitting or athletic clothes (think yoga pants, shorts, soft tees, or linen). You will be lying down in our signature pods, so choose fabrics that allow you to breathe and relax.
- Socks & Sneakers: Bring a pair of cozy socks for your foot massage and walking sneakers to enjoy your journey through the ranch. For your peace of mind, secure lockers are provided for your belongings while you rest. We provide indoor slippers to wear in the sanctuary.
- Layers: The temperature in the countryside can shift. A light cardigan or wrap is perfect for staying comfortable between sessions.
Overnight Lodging Guests
- Bring a backpack fit for a small locker with your personal belongings, toiletries, including towel and washcloth.
